Site Feed
For anyone interested, the XML feed for the Glenwood blog is listed below. There are many feed readers/aggregators to choose from if you do not already have one. For online reading, I recommend Bloglines. For a downloadable client, I recommend Snarfer.

I'm with Marshall I am clueless...what do we do with an XML feed, once we find out what it is :)?
Basically, there are things called "feedreaders" that pull entries from blogs, news sites, etc. and dump them all in one central location so you can read them without having to visit 15 different websites. You can use XML or RSS feeds to do this. Most sites have these now, although some are still a little behind. You can download a feed reader to keep on your computer, or you can use one online (i.e. Bloglines.com). When you choose a blog or news site to add, it will prompt you for the RSS/XML feed. Then, it does all of the work for you. You simply log in and read all of your blogs.
If you still have questions, email me and I'll try to explain it better.
